PayPal Borrows "To Catch a Predator" Explanation

In this video I discuss the new Acceptable Use Policy PayPal had posted on their website from September 27, 2022 through September 9, 2022 that was planned to go into effect on November 3, 2022. PayPal now claims that policy, which would have allowed them to fine users $2,500 for spreading "misinformation" (a term that PayPal has the sole discretion to define) was never intended to be implemented and the whole policy was simply a mistake. This video dissects the chain of events and examines Snopes.com "fact check" of the PayPal fiasco.
