Leg Day-2! Hamstrings (Leg Biceps).
Today's workout:
*Decline Sit-ups 4 Sets, (the steeper, the better). Works your bellybutton down abdominals!
*Leg Curls 4 Sets
*Hyper Extensions 4 Sets
*Straight Leg Deadlifts 4 Sets
*30 Minutes Cardiovascular Exercise on Elliptical Level 17.
Keeping Heart Rate in the Fat Burning Zone! (70%-80% of Maximum Heart Rate).
Note: To find your Maximum Heart Rate: 220 - Your Age. (Ex: 220-54= 166).
So the Fat Burning Zone = 166x 0.70 & 166x0.80 = 116-133.
