►►FRIED CHICKEN AND JALAPENO PIZZA

The J is silent, it's pronounced Hal-a-peno, Rick. And if your name is not Rick, it doesn't matter the J is still silent. Whatever your name is these fried jalapeño's are awesome. Jalapeños can be pretty spicy so we decided to use picked jalapeños, it takes away some of the sting. But if you like it really spicy, no problem, pour some hot sauce on top of these and you're good to go.

Fried little rings with a little kick and a little pickle flavour, yum! They don't take very long to cook, and unfortunately on the flip side they don't take very long to eat either. One ring to rule them all? Nah we would rather a have a plate full of these preciouses.

The videos are quickies but some of these recipes can take a bit of time and a bit of love, so have fun and cook on. Any questions just leave a comment and we will find you answers!

FRIED JALAPENOS
Ingredients
1 cup PICKLED JALAPENOS
1/2 cup FLOUR
1/2 cup WATER
1 EGG
1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1 tsp ONION POWDER
1 tsp CHILE POWDER
1 tsp SALT
OIL for frying

Instructions
FRIED JALAPENOS
1). In a large bowl mix together flour, water, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, chile powder and salt.
2). Then add pickled jalapeños.
3). Heat oil in wok or large frying pan to medium heat. One by one add the jalapeños, cook for a few minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
