Update

While Couy Griffin has never been charged with 'insurrection' he has been removed from office based on Amendment 14, Section 3 of the US Constitution. It is likely that his seat will be filled by the Democrat candidate (that he would be running against had he not been removed from office) by the governor of New Mexico.
