Elon Musk changes mind over cutting Starlink to Ukraine, finds out he was on Mirotvorets kill list

Elon Musk has changed his mind over whether or not he'll continue to provide Starlink to Ukraine. Considering how much he's flip-flopped over various topics, it's hard to determine if he's being serious about any one thing. However, now that he's been made aware of the fact that he was briefly put on Ukraine's kill list website, Mirotvorets, would this change his mind over providing further support to Ukraine?
