It’s 6:30pm on a Tuesday

Some just got off from work

Some journeyed to the gym from home

Others are Returning for their 2nd training of the day

But EVERYONE is here to do 10 Rounds together

Ready to push each other and ready to be pushed

By the end of the 10 Rounds, there’s no more

No more excess energy to complain about your day

No more excess energy to make excuses

No more excess energy to give to any thing, person, situation, or thought.

We are only left with the little bit of Peace we truly have.
