Dying For a Segue

Well, Shannon and Freddie both had to buy the farm for us to construct today's Segue City Special. Henry Gross' one and only hit starts it and Curtis Mayfield finishes it and with that, we're finished for the day and now free to run amok waiting for the HOT NOW sign to come on again...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
