Best helpers ever!

Out showing some homes with 2 of the greatest helpers ever! We looked at 2 homes both nice but both needing work. The 2nd home we looked had a ton of potential and checked off a lot of boxes for this client.
In a random twist, the seller got in a fight with their agent and took the house off the market. Sadly that was the first house my clients found that they wanted to write on…. Our hunt continues.
