On the eve of the Midterm Elections, Joe Biden trumpeted his administration's achievements on CNN to shore up Democrat support. While Jake Tapper had the chance to ask the hard questions and hold Biden's feet to the fire for his domestic and international failures, he chose to play it safe and coddle the President.
