PUBLIC CORRUPTION- One of MANY Documented Criminal Acts & Rights Deprivation in Lafayette County, MS

This occurred December 28, 2020 when I commuted to Lafayette County Sheriffs Department seeking the assistance of the Sheriff to deal with a matter of high importance. I tried to communicate via email first, however the Sheriff refused to respond after checking my emails. This bizarre arrest ensued. It gets real when Dixon and Tidwell are shown lying on their police reports in trying to justify an arrest when Reardon was simply seeking out the assistance of the Sheriffs Department to assist in putting a stop to the conspired upon acts by my ex and mother of my first born child, Phyllis "Liz" Crowder" whom had invoked Department of Child Protective Services name in a lie/scheme keepi g my child away from me for 1-year. You can hear by audio recordibg, Dixon never audibly says “you are under arrest” and says to “move” which I did. Not one time was I ever told to freeze. So how could an arrest ever be considered lawful. And how could it ever be Resisting Arrest? These are questions still needing to be answered on the record. I was DENIED the right to a Jury trial and the Judge insisted on trying the matter himself November 4, 2021 despite heavy opposition from me.

DESPITE ALL FACTS KNOWN AND SHOWN WITH EVIDENCE, AND ALL LIES THAT HAVE SURFACED, I WAS STILL FOUND GUILTY BY JUDGE CHRIS CHILDERS. IS IT MUCH OF A SURPRISE THAT I WAS DENIED A TRIAL BY JURY? NOBODY CAN MAKE THE CLAIM THAT THE SYSTEM IS NOT RIGGED AFTER ASSESSING THIS MATTER AT HAND. NOBODY.
