The Rings of Power Season 1: A Balanced Review (Better than The Wheel of Time)

Unlike a lot of YouTubers, I really enjoyed The Rings of Power, flawed as it is. If you'd like to hear a less negative review, here's my take.

As I mention in the video, The Rings of Power is better than The Hobbit movies on a number of fronts, and it’s really not any more “woke” (remember, they made a female elf for those movies).

I also compare The Rings of Power with The Wheel of Time series from Amazon, which on the other hand, absolutely butchers the first book. (I also discuss this tendency by American filmmakers to want to insert sexual content into everything.)

For these reasons and more, I don't think The Rings of Power is as bad as people are saying it is.
