Non QM Lending Can Offer the Flexibility YOU NEED

This week I attended a class on lending options that are a bit outside of the box! They offer more flexibility for borrowers. One scenario could be to increase cashflow 💰 for an investor. They could get a interest only loan for the first 10 years and then it would convert to a 30 year fixed rate amortized loan that pays off the principal.
