Atlas U30C cleaning wheels sideframes contacts part 2

Everything is out of the ultrasonic cleaner so now we can do a little special cleaning and some detailing before we put the trucks back together. We'll paint the wheels with Citadel Typhus Corrosion, coat with Oxgard then polish the contacts and coat those with Oxgard. We're also going to dress up the sideframes to look like cast steel.
