Solar Weather and Transformation

Janice and Jen talk about how the Solar weather is impacting our world, and affects us emotionally, physically, and even spiritually. We discuss how these frequencies are meant to help us as we are transforming into the new earth.
Many are feeling moody and down because they are not aware that these energies exist, or how they influence us on many levels and in many ways.

During this time of change we get to awaken and use these frequencies to our advantage. If you observe the animal world you will notice that they are embracing these vibrations and are becoming more loving to each other even across different species.

Solar storms are a great opportunity to do your inner work, by having ceremonies of release and welcoming the new. It is a higher energy that is helping us become more conscious, healthy, and free from the negative programming of the past.

Partnering with Spirit in this dance of life, we get to recognize there are many dances and different types of music. We get to go within and feel the rhythm. You may not be in charge of the energy or the situation, but you can use this time to work on how you personally deal with it.

By changing your inner dialogue, your self-talk can go from criticism and put downs, to a language of hope and support. Examples could include, I believe in myself, I can do this. Everything is going to be okay, and Spirit, please bless me that I can accomplish this…
