Who's really running the world?

Do men actually run things? Is this world falling apart? Many feel that is the case.
We are facing issues we haven't faced before....there's no doubt about it. Could it be due to a lack of male energy? Could it be that things are unbalanced? We seem to be in an emotional victimhood culture where everything is lead by how we feel, but are our feeling always right?
