Liberty Conspiracy - Stossel v Facebook: Judge Buys FB Claim Fact-Checks Are Opinion 10-18-22

NOTE! That text box in the video should read "from 1998 to 2013!" - A Federal District Judge in CA (who, when a lawyer in private practice, had strong professional ties to silicon valley/ tech corporations) just dismissed reporter/author John Stossel's defamation suit against Facebook/Meta. Stossel appears to have valid claims that FB's "Fact Check" team defamed him by labeling "misleading" and "false info" two videos he created and posted on the social media site. Both dealt with the bogeyman of "anthropogenic climate change," and FB appears to dislike info that does not support its apocalyptic orthodoxy.
