Stalker Arrow IV - MW5 - Viewer Request part 4

I'm continuing with the requests for Arrow and Artillery for Coyote's end-game content with what I think of as a reasonable lore-ish artillery lance consisting of 3 Stalkers running Arrow IVs and a Cyclops command mech running dual gauss. We are giving up the huge engines of our assault scout lances as well as 15 tons per mech (10 for the Cyclops). Will making our mechs objectively worse lead to success? Never bet against the Stalker.
