Public Order Bill passes - prayer to be a criminal offence

The Public Order Bill has been passed in the House of Commons by 276 - 231. If it passes the Lords, police in England and Wales will be able to stop and search without probable cause and prayer outside centres where babies are killed will get up to 2 years in prison.
