What were the explosions at FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C.?

Answer: not entirely sure as I wasn't there, but I do my best to piece together what evidence I can find today and let you guys see what I found out. I managed to get up high over the FBI headquarters from the nearby Old Post Office Tower (formerly part of the Trump Hotel, now part of the Waldorf Astoria) and we look down on the FBI Headquarters building where a Youtuber reported hearing explosions the other night. They were so loud that the DC Fire Department actually responded. I managed to get the audio which reported a malfunctioning HVAC system venting steam.
