Doug Ford says he stands shoulder to shoulder with the PM and supports the Emergency Act

Ontario Premier Doug Ford was asked if he supports the Federal Governments use of the Emergency Act. Premier Ford responds saying, "Yes, and I stood shoulder to shoulder with the Prime Minister."
