Ottawa Mayor Used the Media as an Intelligence Agency - Emergencies Act Inquiry Update

Jim Watson's testimony gave no justification for the use of the Emergencies Act. He did talk extensively about how useful it was having extraordinary powers. The media played a key roll in the situation in Ottawa. Their narrative became fact for the City's Mayor who refused to step outside to see with his own eyes what what happening.
