The Duck Walk Killer | A Rogers Park Mystery

The Duck Walk Killer is an at large murderer who killed two men in a short time period. The killer dressed fully in black for one of his murder's and the before and after moments were caught on home surveillance footage. Theories have since been put out there that the killer has a hate crime motive or perhaps these were just targets of convenience for this depraved individual.
