PHAC is asked why they are recommending the Bivalent jab against WHO advice

The Public Agency of Canada is questioned in a health committee on why they are recommending the Bivalent jab when the World Health Organization is not recommending it. PHAC says the WHO is making that recommendation based on global context and each country is different???
