Honor flight veterans from Alaska stop in Arlington, VA to quietly watch a promotion ceremony for an Air Force officer getting his pin for the rank of Colonel.

The event was in front of Netherlands Carillon. The vets were coming over from the Marine Corps War Memorial Iwo Jima.
