2nd Letter to the UFoP - Formal Meeting or Reply Request

This is the 2nd letter written by me on October 17th, 2022.

This letter is tied to the 1st and 3rd letters.

I just figured that, even if the UFoP ignores these letters, it's a win-win situation for our "side" for the following reasons:

1) It will be even more proof of my messages in the videos for all the Universe to witness. And proof of the Taygeteans and Swaruunians messages too of course. That Federation is ignoring us, humans and starseeds. That Federation is acting regressively towards Earth. That Federation is going against the needs and desires of the humans. That Federation is not listening to us on purpose, when we have stated many times souls (humans, animals, plants and others) are crying out for help.

2) Even if they don't respond and only read/watch it, the main messages will reach them. And it's good that they are aware that we are aware of some things and that we are capable of discussing with them one on one. At least through written messages we can. Not everyone down here is "retarded". If they just would communicate with us and give us more information... Then humans would be more capable overall!

3) It will put even more pressure for them to CHANGE. From ALL SIDES. (I suggest everyone to SPEAK UP any way you can because everything that is happening is intolerable on so many levels).
