Pennsylvania has seen a bizarre trend in crime lately as a man dressed a Clown with a Samurai sword robs a Uni Mart in PA and multiple Wawa's get hit by a man in a Skull mask. Now a story from Oakland, CA emerges where the Noka Ramen employees dressed as Power Rangers fought off crime. A world where masked villains and heroes takes the streets always seemed more fun in my head.
