Guidelines for creating a character in GURPS

You want to create a character in GURPS, but the Basic Set doesn't really explain how... or it does... but the explanation is 200+ pages long, and there doesn't seem to be any hints or guidelines.

This video will show you the guidelines I use when creating a character, how I gauge where to spend my points, and why.

If you have never built a character in GURPS, this video can help you get started.
