DID THAT REALLY JUST HAPPEN!? 1st Amendment Audit of Town of Coldwater, MS City Hall & Police Dept

This is the best Audit I've done yet, and the ignorance shows unbelievably clear between Keith (City employee) and the two idiotic cops that showed up to their own station with lights and siren for a man taking video and wanting to request their personnel records. Coldwater seriously needs to assess their police and offer training or send them back to the academy before these nutjobs get the city sued to high heaven!
