JUST IN: Joe Biden Dragged Into Court For ‘Flagrantly Illegal’ Program

Pacific Legal Foundation, a nonprofit since 1973 that defends Americans threatened by government overreach and abuse, filed suit against the U.S. Department of Education to block its illegal move to cancel more than $500 billion in student loan debt.

In late August 2021 Democrat Joe Biden filed an executive order demanding the cancelation of all student debt, leaving economists and other reeling at the corrupt political ploy- which would cause damage to many US institutions.
