Off-duty firefighter, Tony Santi, Shot and Killed by Felon's Girlfriend

A Missouri off-duty firefighter was shot and killed outside a gas station after wrestling with a felon who eventually pulled a gun on him. Prosecutors have declined to charge the felon's girlfriend, who shot the firefighter, claiming that she shot him to defend her boyfriend's life.
