YouTube Strikes

This is what just happened when I uploaded a new video to my channel on youtube. I was found in violation so I edited the video and re-uploaded it, so then it was a new upload. Then instead of getting a violation and showing what part was in violation they just gave me a strike. When we are given a strike we should be allowed to state our case and they should have to show exactly what was in violation and why. I understand why they have certain policies, but sometimes they go to far and are to quick to give a strike.
