Brendan Miller and Bath-Shéba van den Berg are Alberta lawyers with Foster LLP who are representing the Freedom Corp. (Freedom Convoy and Protestors) at the Public Order Emergency Commission (aka Emergencies Act inquiry) in Ottawa.

In this Day 7 appearance Bath-Shéba cross exams Superintendent Craig Abrams and Retired OPP Chief Superintendent Carson Pardy Ontario Provincial Police.

After some surprising questioning by Justice Paul Rouleau, Brendan Miller requested a chance to ask addition questions of the witness. While unsuccessful in the request, Brendan Miller was successful at adding his objection for the record.
