Hunter Ceiling Fans. Buy one if you like neck pain. It'll take you 20 minutes to unbox, build and hang it, but 90 minutes to balance it so it doesn't fly around the room like a helicopter. They're a real pain in the neck.

I always turn down side jobs that involve hanging a Hunter Ceiling Fan. The job takes far longer than it should. The hourly client thinks you are milking them, and if you go flat rate, it's not worth the money you make for the time invested. In this case, the client was my wife. She insisted on THAT fan even though I protested. So, exceptions were made....
