Outside threat that used a social engineering attack that used an email with a malicious attached. This type of attack appears to be a worm attack, where the malware would be injected via send emails containing copies of the worm to email contacts, making the infection widespread. The scenario did not say if the senior manager of the server administrator team or any technician followed up with Bob to see if he did indeed place the initial call or was it someone else who was using his account.
