Consciously Aware and Self Talk with Marybeth Gregg.

Marybeth Gregg and I talk about how self-care starts on the inside - we need to take a step back and be consciously aware of our feelings and self-talk.

We discuss how it can be to start becoming aware and how to notice the little things along with self-talk. It can start with something as simple as changing negative self-talk to positive, like "this is happening for me, not to me."

We also discuss not being so hard on yourself about your journey, learning to take it easy, and accepting where you are in your process and journey. Getting out of the rut of daily life that you hate is hard, but if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
