Brexley Franklin

Brexley Franklin died on September 13, 2018, after five days in the hospital. Haysville police responded to assist EMS on the report of a child having a seizure at an apartment complex in the 400 block of Sarah Lane. It was discovered at the hospital that Brexley had internal injuries.
