As part of the main storyline you will have to climb to the rooftops and talk to Momo which is a good anchor poin t for getting to the place where you can brows all of the channels for the tele a chat trophy. On the rooftops across from Momo's apartment is a couch and TV. Jump on the couch and activate the remote to switch through the channels. Do this until the trophy unlocks, it has 8 channels total., but i like to cycle through twice to be sure that we can get the trophy/achievement.
