My wife is involved in all business decisions. Is that a good idea?

Good question.

What you choose to do with your wife is 100% your decision.

If you earned the money it is your choice what you do with the money. If you want to have her involved, then that is your choice. A lot of my friends don't have their wives involved in their business at all.

I am not married, but even if I was married, I would just handle things with my businesses and not ask my wife to be involved with all the stress of business decisions on complicated deals that she would need years of business experience to understand.
I also would not go home and talk about my businesses very much since it simply creates stress and there would not be anything she could do to help me anyway.

Your situation just depends on if you are the captain of the ship with your wife or if you are both equal captains trying to make decisions together.
