Debbie Leitch

Debbie Leitch, 24, who had Down's syndrome, died at her home in South Shore, Blackpool, on 29 August 2019.

A post-mortem examination found she died of neglect and severe emaciation with extensive scabies skin infection. A family member who visited the house in July 2019 and went into Miss Leitch's room later told police the room smelled of filth and had plates of moldy food on the floor.
