Using the moon phases as our guide, we can declutter our homes WITHOUT BURING OUT!
The moon phases are associated with a woman's menstrual cycle and the four seasons in a year.

It’s also great for helping us understand and predict our energy level, whether we're feeling more introverted or extroverted, and what decluttering activities will be supported during each lunar phase.

NEW MOON:

The new moon is associated with the beginning of the menstrual cycle and winter.
During this time you will most likely have the lowest energy and feel introverted.

The new moon is a great time to create a decluttering plan, set your goals and intentions for what you want to accomplish in your home, and REST!!!

1ST QUARTER MOON:

The 1st quarter moon is associated with the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle and spring. Your energy will start to increase and you'll be feeling a little more extroverted.

This lunar phase is a great time to share your decluttering intentions and ideas with supportive friends and family members.

FULL MOON:

The full moon is associated with ovulation and summer. Your energy will most likely be at its highest during this phase and you’ll be feeling more extroverted.

It’s a great time to weed out anything in your decluttering process that isn’t working for you and clear out the limiting beliefs and negative emotions about you and/or your clutter.

3RD QUARTER MOON:

The 3rd quarter moon is associated with the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Your energy will start to wane as you prepare for the next new moon and you’ll be feeling more introverted once again.

This is a great time to share your abundance with others and finish up loose ends so that you are more able to rest during the next new moon.
