Politician stunned when asked about his salary increase

Bino Drummond of the Moderate party, ("Liberal-Conservative"), won the election and celebrated by giving himself a massive increased salary, from an already high salary. When confronted by a reporter if this was money well spent, he's left speechless. He is without speech.
