12 year old California girl learns to drive in Mississippi!
It's not about age when it comes to operating tools and equipment. It's about responsibility and maturity. When are responsible enough to be able to safely operate a piece of equipment, you should learn to do so. As a parent, I feel it is my responsibility to challenge and reward her. Teaching her to use the tools of the farm, including the motor vehicles only increases her ability to develop farther. You might not agree with me and that's ok, I didn;t ask your permission :)
