Due to violations of America's foundational laws I cannot support reauthorization of NET Health

Because Northeast Texas Public Health District and Smith County Commissioners Court violated God-given unalienable Rights of Smith County Citizens, I cannot support reauthorization of their funding agreement.

When Life, Liberty, [Property], and / or the pursuit of Happiness are violated, oaths have been broken and Constitutional remedies must be enacted.

If appointed and elected bodies do not know the foundation of US law, that law will be violated and tyranny will result.
