Chelsea Huggett

Chelsea Huggett, was home with Aliyah when she started “whining”. Chelsea reaction was to slam her daughter’s head into a wall which killed her. When police arrived at the home, they found Aliyah not breathing and unresponsive. Aliyah was taken to the hospital, but it was too late, and she was pronounced dead a short time later.
