Smartmatic CEO Comes Clean (August 2017)

Antonio Mugica, the CEO of Smartmatic, said the "the difference between the actual participation and the one announced by the authorities is at least one million votes." Smartmatic was created by Venezuelans to provide voting machines to President Hugo Chavez. It has since branched out to provide those services to countries around the world.
