China Shuts Down Factories..Again. Utilities skyrocket in Europe. Nuclear Emergency in Europe.

China is shutting Down factories due to power blackouts caused by the drought...or so they say. China says that low power output from dams and lack of coal is causing blackouts so factories must shut down in some provinces. However, mostly large western, Japanese, and Taiwanese owned factories are shutting down. Could this be just another reason to restrict supplies to the west? I think so. I also go over skyrocketing utility, natural gas prices, and the nuclear emergency in Zaporizhzhia.
