Christopher Reeve on Being Superman and His Workout #shorts

When we think of Superman there is one actor more than any other the role is forever with which this role is forever associated with, Christopher Reeve. In 1978 the young actor fro mNew York took on the role of Superman. It would become his signature movie role and follow him throughout his acting career.

And here we get to see some classic footage of Reeve working out, getting in shape to fill the man of steel costume. No shortcuts, specialised diets or personal trainers. Reeve took on the task of building his own body to fill the role better physically and mentally. Something he eludes to in this short interview.
