Traitor-Dev 45 | Auto clearing abandoned levels

If somebody claims a button, but then never finishes building a level it would be a blight upon the glorious landscape of the server, however no more. Now any claimed, but not playable buttons will be cleared sixty days after the owner's last visit to the server.
