Concerns About the Mists Update - Albion Online

Today the dev talk for Albion Online showed off more of the upcoming Mists of Avalon update scheduled for November. In the dev talk they mention and show off many things which leave me concerned for the state of Albion Online. I am worried about power creep, market chances involving 8.3 items, mount values, and talk about the "meta" that we'll end up seeing players utilize in the mists to get as big of an advantage as possible. I also talk about my concerns with old content becoming pointless, as many of these updates have left old content in the game in a state of not being worth your time at all to do. Will the Mists update cause similar problems for the game?
