This Russian barge is parked right next to the vehicle span of the Crimea (Kerch Straight) bridge.

This is somewhat of a mystery because Ukraine has no weapons that can hit the bridge and NATO would normally use GPS, or internal guidance which would make the a radar decoy ship useless.
